I respectively disagree. His singing voice is a lot stronger today than during the Siamese Dream/Mellon Collie eras. I remember reading an interview and he said he took singing lessons during the Adore era. His albums since then have been a lot stronger vocally save TheFutureEmbrace, an awesome album, but didn't use vocals the same way a la Adore, Machina, Mary Star of the Sea, and Zeitgeist.

This was from their recent Australian tour: Monday 31st March 2008 - Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Brisbane ... it was played on all the shows on the 2008 Australian, New Zealand and European tours.
Billy would sing this with just Lisa on keys, then they would kick into The Everlasting Gaze.
