W-O-W. No wonder there are so many people of my parent's age that are sick w/ cancer & diseases.Their own moms had horrible habbits! "Mild seditives help the mother to sleep..." Now-a-days, pills & dieting are frowned upon while pregnant, & weight gain is limited to around 30 Lbs. due to the liquids & maternal tissues that develop. Eating healthfully, exercising lightly & NOT smoking (@ 2:25, the mother is smoking!) Although somewhat out of date, there is some good advice from this film.
