A well intentioned video but a few small changes could make it more effective. I would remove our Jargon. Don't use BRA but the full title, I am meeting confused people needing it re-explained (too much new info). Also, the first step is not signing this agreement but it is one of the first steps. It starts with a very presumptuous beginning that can through people, like me, off.
1st Find Realtor
2nd "Working with Realtor"
Build Trust
and then sign Buyer Rep
Keep up the great work!
