Backed with music from Daughtry, this video reminds us about a war being fought thousands of miles away. Those who fight are our husbands, wives, sons, daughters, aunts, uncles, friends, and cousins. In the same way, those who have given their lives for our freedom are our family and friends. But more importantly, the ones who perished on 9/11 had no freedom to chose their destiny. We may not agree with the war or with President Bush, and we may not want to think about why our men and women in uniform were sent in the first place, but the fact remains those who serve right now made the choice to fight for our freedom: freedom from terrorists who decided to boldly attack the once great nation of the United States of America. We WERE once great. We were even greater after 9/11 because we became United once again. For months following the catastrophe, streets were lined with flags. Cars proudly bore bumper stickers claiming, "United We Stand," and "These colors won't run!" As long as we are a country divided into right wing and left wing or Christian and non-Christian or black and white, we'll never be the country that won the fight against tyranny again.
We must never forget.

We gotta admit it. WAR is a dangerous and a dirty business but I am THANKFUL that there are people who are willing to take the RISKS and answered the CALL of DUTY. People who are willing to take the initiative to protect those in need. May God Bless America, its Allies and the soldiers who do their work in building and maintaining peace!!! I Salute You All Brothers and Sisters!!!
