I think that it might be just about some old guy in a nursing home.

I'm not sure but I think its about some guy dying. Said guy likes wearing nothing but Wingtips (A kind of fancy dress shoes), black socks, and a diaper. I doubt the diaper is an actual diaper though, could just mean underwear >_>

I reckon you're probably right. It seems like its about someone who is older and going out trying to relive part of his glory days. Not going quietly unto the grave, but rather dancing and being youthful even in his twilight years. I like it :)
