I've had v-drives and jet boats. V-drives are faster hp for hp, but jet boats always look like their going 120!!! (at 65 mph!) LOL!! ;-)

testdrived a boat tday.. norwegian manufactured ... 6.8l mercruiser (shitengine) think around 300 HP and a max speed of 50 nots.. not bad ....
