I am glad to hear that you are doing ok. May I ask how long you are NED? My wife is fighting melanoma atm. You were lucky to be in the 50%, hopefully she will be there also

Treatments finished in late March. Just had neck scan results today and it showed everything clear. According to the Dr's at the Mayo Clinic my odds of a relapse went from 50/50 without radiation and chemo to 90/10 with. Considering the Mayo is one of the top 3 cancer center in the world and my Dr is 1 of 2 in the country qualified to use the laser for my throat I am feeling pretty confident! Supposedly chemo made the radiation more effective

There is no guarantee that the radiation will help anything. The side effects of radiation can be quite devastating for a treatment that has a 50/50 success rate

Those who say others hasn´t been through what you and I have. To get to know that you have cancer changes your life for ever. That is true, absolutely true! But nowadays I really hope you´re doing fine!!!!

I hope you are fully recovered and feeling well. I went through radiotherapy this spring and had to put that mask on for 34 times but it didn´t affect me at all. I was also lucky to be treated with the new Rapid Arc and it was great. Hardly 3 minutes on that table and the mask is at home as a "souvenir"!!! And what wouldn´t you do to survive? Everything actually.

I had to have that same mask put on me 31 times and for me it was hell. All the best to you and i hope u get cured from this horrible cruel disease

MATT keep the faith, it works, I have cancer for 5 years Head and neck, radiation 4 times. 5 times chemo and 5 operations. I still walk talk and eat(thru a tube ) Life is worth it. God bless you and you your family

I left you a comment on another vid with the radiation mask. Same comment goes to you again & then some since you added a slur to your comment onto this one. If your wife is fighting cancer too then I sure hope that you are trying to be compassionate with her & not act like you are on here.
