Hamas doesn't forcefully use women and children as Israel does.

To use Israels logic every man, every woman and every child is a legitimate target because they will/has served in the IDF. No the weapons were not stored by bankers. There were resistance groups which had some weapons and were called only the day before, by the first prime minister of the State of Israel to group together.

firstly show me some evidence that they were soldiers before, i would be interested to see this.

Secondly they were not kicked out, they were told to leave by the surrounding Arab nations who said that they would drive the Jews into the sea and then they would return.

They did try to do this in the war of independence but they could not defeat the 1 day old IDF (Israel Defense Force) well more like a collection of resistance groups than an army.
