Missing Star Panel in Orion

Thanks to NoStarPanel for originally posting this video, he shows how Google Sky and Microsoft's World Wide Telescope cover an area of space near the Orion Constellation. They are obviously blocking something of huge importance from the public... especially for those interested in Planet X/ Nibiru/ 2012.

It might be intentional. If Google didn't really want to go along with the program, making it obvious is about as good as not deleting it at all. I'm curious as to when a low power ground telescope would allow us to see that patch of sky and its contents from earth.

The images that make up the visual portion of Google Sky, WikiSky and Microsoft WorldWide Telescope are all from the same source… the DSS (Digitized Sky Survey). The block appears in the DSS data which was transfered to Google Sky, WikiSky and Microsoft WorldWide Telescope.

But different data was used for SkyMap.

So if you go to SkyMap you can see what is behind the block.
