A few scenes from the 1937 film Heidi, in which Klara's father comes home for Christmas and everyone sings "Silent Night" with a picturesque view of the town of Frankfurt.

Starring Shirley Temple as Heidi, Arthur Treacher as Andrews the butler, Marcia Mae Jones as Klara Sesemann (the girl in the wheelchair), Sidney Backmer as Herr Sesemann, and Mary Nash as Fraulein Rottenmeier.

I met Arthur Treacher in 1974, when he opened a fish and chips restaurant in Warren MI. I was 13 years old and will never forget what a gentleman he was!

Marsha Mae Jones was a great actress,who should have gone on to bigger career,she was cute,and she was in many classics.Her last film appearence was 'The Way We Were'in a bit part.
