Weather conditions to blame for major pile up

Strong winds at the women's Road World Championship proved troublesome when they blew over the crowd barriers and into the road as racers were passing by. Banners acted as sails carrying the barriers into the road, causing a large pile-up of riders. (WCSN, WCSN.com)
