if your doing this stretch at home and dont have a partner, i find its easy to sit against a wall to keep your posture up and use either a REP band used in physical therapy or a tshirt or towel, bunch it up and place it at the arch of your foot, point and stretch you leg extended up towards your face.

we did this at our dance studio...and my dance teacher was behind u and she pulled my leg up past my ear! i was like OMG LET MY LEG GO BEFORE IT BREAKS haha but this stretch does help a lot i reccomend it 4 all u guys lol!!!

we do it lieing on the floor and i think it hurts more coz i can get to da floor on both but there both pretty effrctive

awesome this will probably help with splits too. I already have a forty degree angle split but by the end of this year I want a ninty degree angle

ya its crazy these girls at my dance show were like doing splits against the wall and standing straight against a wall having a friend pull their leg up to their ear!
can you do a video on how to get better splits? like stretches and tips

We have another set of videos coming out next month! We will try to shoot more for stretches to master splits. Thanks for the ideas!!
