This is not "vs aikido", or any other martial arts.
This is a demonstration of how to do with edge attack.

I'm going to make the same stupid comments about this video that everybody makes about any Aikido video...."this is totally un-realistic, nobody would ever attack like that, and simply let a technique be done to them. Why would anybody just sit there with thier hand out after punching. This totally wouldn't work in a real street fight"

I know it just a demonstration. Oh and the swordsman is holding the sword like a baseball bat. Noth like i have ever seen someone from a sword art wield a sword.
I also think techniques are kinda unreal.

This looks more like a demonstration than a fight, so the "vs." in the titel is missgiving as hell.
1. In aikido you never really attack your opponent, you only do that so that your partner can practise the technique.
2. The aikidoka in this case follows in the shotokanpractisers techniques so that noone ends up being hurt.
In other words: both have their benefits, it all runs down to how you want to practise. Never judge something by one source, look in to it and try for yourself.
