Making-Of PEN Giant

Over a span of more than three weeks the PEN Giant team realised this clip in Bucharest. For this stop motion project 355 billboards were produced and actually shot with the advertised product itself -- the Olympus PEN. This behind-the-scenes shows how the project developed and documents the stop motion technique.

Thank you PEN Giant team for sharing your efforts on this video. What I find particularly striking is the multicultural composition of the team. Really excellent everyone came together on this production. Just wondering how many translators you needed :)

My first impression was that they just had a bunch of green boards moving around everywhere, and then they put the actual pictures on the board in post production.

this is really inspiring I am new to stopmotion but am a photographer and love that the two can combine into such beautiful work congrats, no mean feat to pull off
