Perfectly Lonely - John Mayer [Guitar Cover]

Hey guys, Here is a guitar cover of perfectly lonely by john mayer. He is the reason i wanted to learn guitar so ive only really been playing electric guitar for about 3 weeks so its pretty new and fun! I know i have missed out a lot of notes fills in the verses etc but i had to simplify it haha

Sorry for all the mistakes i know its not exactly how he plays it and i know there are 2 guitars being played so i think im playing a bit of both! Helpful comments would be awesome :D

So far so good. If you're predominantly a bass player, I wonder if there's a restrain from using your pinky finger. You know what your doing, just learn to throw some swing notes with that pinky over the root notes you already play. This will give you that smooth and funky feel in your phrase writing =]

I think that the cover is really well except the solo part.

Don't be hard on yourself when you make mistakes and don't apologize for them too I think you can truly enjoy playing bass or guitar whatever instrument you playing when you let go completely i know its not easy when you trying to get used to a new instrument but still when you play chords you the groove :) but you need a lot more practice to get solo right anyways I enjoy listening your cover and thanks to you I discovered another great mayer song I didn't know :P
