@sunsetlover Thanks Ang. The pods, that you ride up to the top in, are very small. If you are claustrophobic, it could be a slight problem. ;-) But Cookie says the veiw is worth it.

@myrnaukelele That sounds great. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. There is a wonderful museum in the base of the arch. Make sure to check it out.
Wish we could have been there in July and maybe have met you. If you have an opportunity to check out Delmar Boulevard, we think you might like it. The Fitz's Soda Bar and Grill, on Delmar Boulevard, has great food and bottle their rootbeer on the premises. If you like rootbeer, you'll love this place. There are also great little shops there.

My voice teacher's wife's father (did you catch that?..hehe) designed that arch if you can believe it. When she was a little girl, they lived there and her father worked on the team who fashioned that amazing structure. What a cool view from up there. Must have been fun going up in that.

@PaintedRavensong That is so cool to have that connection to the Arch. We are glad she had such wonderful weather to see it. She had fun going up, we didn't go. But it really is an amazing structure.
