in addition to this video, you should show how to vacuum the lint accumulation behind the lint bucket grill. The airflow obstruction caused by all the lint build-up is what is causing the hi-limit/reset switch to trip. Plus if you can show home owner how to check for tears in the lint filter, you will be helping them make sure their dryer vent hose doesn't get clogged with lint. Especially if they have the flex type.
