Awww, Generational Gap.. When i was in my teens and early 20s, this was all I was concerned about..who had the tightest system...These days, I spend my duckets on CLairity other than Bass....I have subs of course, but nothing over 100or so Decibles..Nice system though.

@AAaudio710 I don't know if you've ever seen an HCCA in person, but if you do, you'll see why these subs pound so hard. They're unforgiving bass monsters. The cheapest place around is Dealer Cost Car Audio. look up Orion HCCA 12.2. If you do get this sub, you will need an amp with at least 2000 rms plus on tap. So if the amp does not carry at least a 150 amp fuse rating, it's not putting out the power it claims and is over rated. I'm running 1400 over rms and this sub laughs at me.
i just bought this sub. how good can you hear it outside your vehicle? serious questoin.

what do you hit on the tl
osthyvel100 1 year ago
@osthyvel100 It did a 145.9 on music. I have since re-done a few things and it hits harder. Maybe 147db. I'll find out for sure pretty soon when I do another run on the TL.
