I have vista ultimate on my mini 1151nr and i believe that audio popping is from the wireless air card. the camera is installed as a webcam 101 and works on the messenger. If you search online you can find a program for taking webcam snapshots with the webcam. My mini 1151nr has the dualcore intel atom cpu with intel 950 graphics. My mini is already setup with an 80 gb 4200 rpm ZIF hard drive. Its a tiny sucker at 1.8" and the largeswt available so far is a 160GB.. so be wise with space
