A little bit about Shou changed, his reference art got updated, and his character profile changed too. Mostly he's a little bit older now (because it's been a little over two and a half years since he first came out.) Nothing else's really changed except for the fact that he's wearing jeans now. Also I'm just going to refer to him as Shou in Korean and English, kinda dropping the "Kaneyama" except for differentiation purposes.
