Avocados are wonderful! Goes with so many things.

What you did right now is a great replacement for butter in sandwiches I just use the avocado add some white cheese to it and it's perfect ^_^

I'm sure you waited until after you were done filming to scrape the inside of the avocado rind clean. :) Also, I learned that a good way to tell if an avocado is ripe (and not brown) is just to pull the stem off. If it comes out easily and is bright green inside, you're good.
