Why would you say something like that. You should be very proud of your culture. You should be supporting this poor man and praying that the operation is a success. I am praying for him and I wish him the best. This man has really, really suffered and deserves to live a life free of any kind of ailments.

I've always felt so bad for people having to live this way. And when I say this, I hope it's not taken the wrong way, it's not about vanity, it's about quality of life-- if that were me, I'd rather be dead. I just believe there are certain conditions that decrease your quality of life to such an extent that death is preferable, and I don't think it's cowardly. I've always believed in quality of life vs. life for the sake of life.
