@ferpri5 you can download a trial version on our webpage, which works without a license for 3 weeks. After that you need to buy a license. There are special prices for the educational version.
By the way, meanwhile we have version 3 released (includes e.g. Raytracing, Variant Manager etc., see other video).

Not familiar with 3ds max!
This Renderer is totally enbedded in Rhino what means Rendering and CAD tools are available at the same time.
