PrimusProductions1: The starman is only available through a code Nintendo gave away in Nintendo Power. You get the weather vane the day after catching all fish. (You don't need to donate them all to the museum to get it).

that super mario star,as Jvgsjeff said,is only avalible thru a code that nintendo power gave out back in the day.however,its also the last item realesed in this fashion therefore granting its code a permanent spot on the offical website.just go there and get your code
