people just bcuz the horse is blind doesn't mean it can't b ridden. if u have a thing called TRUST and u can get ur horse to RESPECT u enuf to LISTEN to u, u can ride it and tell it wat to do. stop pretending u kno everything when u don't.

Long as we're on the subject of horse vision. Their night vision is supposed to be much better than ours, right? Do you do much night riding (obviously not with THAT one)?

I've been watching "Mantracker" recently and it's fascinating how much a horse can sense, though I can't tell if it's sight, sound or scent that the horse picks up on when it notices the fugitives.

Salacious details aside, I can't help but wonder of what use horses could have been in war before the invention of the stirrup. Just getting on and staying on was a major struggle. There was so much less you could do on the damn things.

I gather this was the reason d'etre for the war chariot in the ancient world. You could probably go a lot faster, shoot arrows and cast javelins a lot better that way than on a horse bareback,

why are people making bad comments? at least this girl didnt put the horse down JUST because shes blind. the horse is NOT scared. its not stupid and. why would you peopel think the horse is scared.. there was nothing forcing that horse to stop grazing, it stayed by itself. maybe you people should actually do some research before you post dumb comments. thank you. :)
