@fredrocks22 Or, in the Weather panel, if you click Custom Weather and then click Advanced Weather, or something like that, you can create your own weather scenario including customizing turbulence.

haha, reminds me of when i came back from Heraklion (LGIR) to Birmingham (EGBB) with vikingair on one of their MD80s back in 2006 - it was like that from Split to the northern French coast :S

If you have the real weather enabled in FSX it can occur in bad weather.
