anyways, 2 questions, whats average/starting salary (in canada if different)? also do child and youth workers work with any age, or just small kids ,sayy like grade 8 and down. sure hope its 18/19 and under at least.

Youth Development Peer Network did this cool project where they asked people to answer "Why are you a youth worker?" some of the answers are hard to read... downside. Otherwise cool project.
