This video was done in about 10 minutes using Apple application iMovie. Part of the humor of it, for me, and obviously for other people too, is that the voices and lips are not in sync. Using Premiere, and taking about 2 hours, I could edit this to be seamlessly, with the voices and lips syncing. However, I don't want to do this because I think it is funny how it is, and I am not the only one. I could delete verbalmasturbator's comment, but honestly I think their stupidity is even funnier than the video. I love dumb people, and this youtube user is one of the dumbest people I think I have ever come across. I mean, read descriptions before you post comments. It will make you at least appear to not look like the mental equivalent of a neanderthal.

u shoulda used Brian Gumble or Wayne Brady instead of Bill Clinton because the guy says he's a black guy and Clinton is white so it doesn't really work. Or maybe Jessie Jackson or some other black political figure.
