The first in the history of aviation flight tests of Stealth, Tailless 3D Vectoring [STV] with no aerodynamic control surfaces, but with special stealth inlets and integrated wing-body design like those of the X-44 MANTA and the X-47b, took place in Israel in 1987 and briefly reported on August 18, 1987 by Aviation Week. A new video in a Facebook cite ["Benjamin Gal-Or"] explains the agility and safety gained by STV. The F-35 and F-22 are not STV while Next Generation Bomber [NGB] may be.
