They should've made a quality RPG about Dune, not this lackluster thingie with a million technical flaws, bugs and glitches (like the bad camera directioning)... A Dune game brought Cryo Interactive to worldwide fame, a Dune game burried them... :-/ Sad and ironic at the same time...

Yeah, I love the books and the mini-series ain't to bad, but the game. The game sucks, I couldn't even force myself to play it more than 3h. It's really painful to see what they've done with it.

Well, I didn't try very hard since I had a PC with Win 2k easily accessible, but I didn't manage to get it work on XP, even with the compatibility mode.

You sure? I think I managed to play it on WinXP, but at the harvester level (the second level that is) quit it and let it get dust... what idiot gives you a knife that you can use only in stealth? Ever tried to attack an HArkonnen with the cryss? A lot of fancy moves in front of him but not even a scratch... and the maula gun locking target THROUGH stone so that you waste the 3 rounds you have to complete all the game...
