I saw SLADE a couple of nights earlier at a university in Manchester and before showtime all the uni geeks made their way to the front having got in earlier than us. Wot they expected I dont know but when they got hit with Rock and roll preacher they began to look frightened and wot with the surge from the back and low ceiling it got as warm as hell within minutes!Their sound system was on fire that night. I think they thought my oh my was wot SLADE were all about. Boy were they wrong. SO LOUD
