my mum was doing the ironing and me and my sister watch this i was about 13 i remember my sister saying how can he die from how the car hit him? and mum said he can die from the shock of it how mad that i can remember things like that? and now days i forget everything. how cool is lou carpenter

@R8films - fuck, that was exactly what I was looking for. I always thought that was actually one of the better on-screen interpretations of someone tripping, especially for the first time. Also showed what an uptight twat Robinson was, and how chill what's-his-face who was with him was.

Hope would now be about 16/17 years old, so they should bring her back to ''Neighbours'' now, although only 2 of the current cast knew Todd, which are Paul Robinson (his step-cousin) & Lou Carpenter. They could bring Pheobe & Annette (Todd's Mum) back too, as it would be good to see some old characters again - but not Stephen though! Also, whatever happened to Todd's father Bob? The last we saw of him was when he shot Brad & then fled. Did the police ever catch him & did he return to prison etc?

@cakesfairy Yeah shame that Todd Landers died, as he was one of my favourite characters in ''Neighbours'' back then. Sadly, he was soon forgotten about by most people in Ramsay St, including his girlfriend Pheobe, as just a few months later she met a new guy called Stephen & not long after married him. Also, when she then had the baby (named Hope), it was given Stephen's surname of Gottlieb not Landers! Todd died saving that baby & they didn't even give her his surname. Shame!

@MidlandNinja This episode was shown in Australia on Network Ten on 10/07/1992 & in the UK on BBC1 on 17/06/1993. It was then repeated in the UK on the satellite channel, UK Gold on 04/06/1999.
