@zackattackyourface , just a little tip - before I became a rock and roll legend I played violin very seriously and it is totally possible to windmill with a violin. A cello is a bit harder and don't even think about brass instruments unless you want to lose teeth.

Hey dude. If you mean "is it possible to throw a guitar behind your back", sure it is.  It's a dangerous but important rock move. If you mean "can I, Ivan, do the maneuver," of course man! When I get a chance I'll demonstrate it. There's a couple of other things I have to cover first in my video blogs but I'll try to get around to it soon...

I get that it'd be weird for bassists to windmill, but don't you think it's a bit ridiculous to say that everything in a rock band except the screaming vocals and screaming guitar is just wallpaper after bringing up a band like Iron Maiden? Steve Harris and Nicko McBrain are just as important as Murray or Smith or Gers or Dickinson to Iron Maiden's sound. It takes great musicians behind all instruments to make rock n roll amazing.
