@Fryguystudios i can respect that and I do agree people tend to act like idiotic cattle always herding around one thing. If something sound nice to me then I'll listen to it, if not, then I won't. It has nothing to do with the artist or genre.

@Glimfire4011 I know it's not the genres fault -- even though I don't like it. To me it's more of the listeners that I'm mad at; if only there were more of them like you, who actually look, discover and understand genres. Sadly if I ever get into a conversation about dubstep, 95% of the time the other person only knows about hard bass dubstep and won't even acknowledge this type of dubstep, rather they would say it isn't even dubstep at all.

@skidwangle Why is Skrillex being hated on because he went mainstream. If someone music making hits a new high why does the person have to shot down? Seriously I'm tired of seeing "Skrillex sucks" and other stuff like that. What I think is thateveryone is just herding around and saying things to sound cool. If you don't like something have a reason if you just saying it to say it, don't bother.

@Fryguystudios I understand that. But just like rock, dubstep has differant types. I got into rock by screamo and through that learned about alternative and classic rock. Kinda like how Ry Legit led me here. I mean what I'm trying to say is that music kind of feeds of itself. So hating on a type of music is just wrong because you learn about other music by listening to certain things.

@Glimfire4011 Because he is probably one of he main reason why everyone believes that hard bass dubstep is the only and true dubstep. We know he didn't create the weird subgenre ( we have Rusko to blame for that); but he brought it to a point where it overshadows it's origins, I would normally accept the new subgenre with open arms, but it aggravates me when people (mostly kids) don't even know the origins of the genre and rather believe that the new style is in all way superior.
