hello, Thank you very much for this song. I am wondering how to play the intro as cohen did. Can someone help me and post it here please? thanks so much!
Hmm, true. Although, I thought it was meant to represent the dramatic mood swings one has with manic depression - it could well be a double metaphor that could mean both our interpretations, since Mr Cohen tends to write alot of religious metaphor. Am I making any sense? :P
But nonetheless, it's still a bloody fantastic song.

thanks so much!
I only use my fingers to play but its being so hard to learn this one!!
I got the vibe that the song may be about Bipolar Disorder,
"When I am not this hunchback that you see,
I sleep beneath the golden hill."
But nonetheless, it's still a bloody fantastic song.
