just got my DX a week ago and I have tried to duplicate the problem, tapped and tapped on it, still no change not stop, worked perfectly. Not saying that you or others didn't have the problem but with anything electronic there are going to be faulty untis. Also, why would you bang on it like that anyway....kinda like saying "doctor when I do this it hurts" Doctors answer "well don't do that"

there is no whonder why your DX isn't working right when you threw it around like this all the time...
and also, even inside its very good worked, u just don't have any clue about such stuffs...
