Bellarmine University presents Carl Wilkens (p3)

In the fall lof 2010, Carl Wilkens spoke to students at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky about his experiences in Rwanda in the mid and late 90s. Wilkens is the Director of a World Outiside my Shoes (organization) and former head of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency International in Rwanda. In 1994, Wilkens was the only American who chose to remain in the country after the genocide began.
