You have to alienate Aerith in order to get Tifa. If you're mean to both AND you have Yuffie in the party, you date her. If you turn your back on all three women, Barret takes you out for a walk.

It's only Aeris, Tifa, Yuffie, or Barret.
I personally like Tifa much better than Aeris, but that's just me :P

It's all about compatibility with Aeris. Each decision uoi get in the game decides whether or not the Gondola Ride with Aeris happens. What can I say? I wanted Cloud to get some XD
