  • Nicely done. Your timbre and stage presence are clearly your strengths.

    2 nitpick comments - at the "Mais, quand l'Astre, incliné sur sa courbe éclatante", your normally free tone suddenly became very tense and pinched. More breath at that point should help you to get that wonderful note at "courbe". Also, don't be slavish to the rhythm in that entire final section. There are some great recordings (Nicolai Gedda for one) where it's quite rubato. You have the note - show it off!
