Xuanfengjiao.

This is what China A Team Tornadoes look like.

Taken at the Beijing Shichahai Sports Institute on June 28th, 2009.

Wushu practitioners in the video are Zhang Feng (張丰; Zhāngfēng, white khakis) and Sun Cheng (孙成; Sūnchéng, yellow pants) of the Beijing Wushu Team.

  • Wow! When did this hit 10,000 views?! Thanks, everybody, for watching this old video of mine :)

  • how can you spin that fast ?

i can only do XFJ 540 but i bend my left knee :O

is it better to do when my left leg is like yours ?

    :D

  • @Xuanfengjiao720 Hi. This isn't me. If you look at the description, you'll see that these are Beijing Wushu Team members, so naturally they're XFJ's are top notch.

The ability to jump, kick and spin well comes from LOTS of practice and experience, especially with in depth and intense training like theirs. It's different for everyone; you can even see it between the two athletes in this video. You have to find out what works for you :)

  • @NexusJunisBlue yea they are really good and i respect them but i doubt they can fight, coz they only practice thoses fancy stuff. Peace see yuo bro

  • @MechPhantom I understand why you say that, and it's not untrue; modern or sport taolu is geared solely towards exhibition and performance. The most basic movements and forms DO contain the same context of traditional attack and defense movements, just geared towards aesthetics, so fighting is not the main purpose. Instead, any realistic or scientific combat applications to Wushu would be found in Sanda. I'm glad you show respect here rather than the typical hating or trolling.

  • "Oooooh..." - eheh that's the right comment!

  • @Filaxsan I was 15 at the time and was not aware of the awe of a 720...

  • i know just 360

  • I like those pants

  • @NexusJunisBlue continued , but thats jsut me i just love to fight nothing else, after all for me the purpose of martial arts it to fight never to perform of anything or self defense . thats all see you bro

  • @NexusJunisBlue haha thx for ur comment really appreaciate it , yea i heard theres a fighting part called sanda but i know all or 90% of these wushu guys just do performance part not the fighitng coz many said including my fren that perfromance one is harder and need more time to practice , so they jsut take performance only , if you do 2 fighitng and perform, its very hard t ocope they say ,and wont be equally good , so thats why i think mot prefer performance type coz its more cooler . Cya =)

  • i oso can do tat as i m oso in wushu but he is reli gd i cnt even do tis well!!!

  • @NexusJunisBlue k :D thanx

im only 13 so its hard :D
