I am ashamed that these are animalistic behaviours. I believe with the Independence of East Timor it was an opportunity for us to show who we really are, unfortunately your behaviour puts shame to other Timorese who deserve an opportunity for an education. I believe the government should use the money and fund the right children to obtain some real academic education. 18 graduates out of 1600 students should tell Ramos Horta what kind of and Independent country he is running.
