In this week's video blog, Jason Wrobel talks about his own bout with orthorexia, a common eating disorder focusing on control, perfectionism and cleanliness. He talks about the importance of intuitive eating, listening to your body's natural wisdom and remembering to laugh about your cravings. It's all about honoring your personal journey of health... and letting go of being too hard on yourself! Remember to laugh, bless your food and enjoy your life to the fullest!

There's no gold medal for being the healthiest person on the planet, dig?

  • oh and what do I crave? Almost anything that is high fat, high sugar and high bad for me. I liked your video so much I am going to post it on my weight loss blog if you dont mind

  • wow! Your a spaz and I love it

  • I'm really enjoying your videos. Thanks so much for putting them out. <3

  • Even when having cravings and lets say you have a craving for cookies! There are a huge difference between a cookie that is highly processed with crazy amount of additives like Chips Ahoy and making some awesome cookies yourself that have: Whole grain wheat flour, REAL chocolate chips, organic pecans, etc. you get the point! Then you are actually eating a pretty healthy meal while having a cookie!

  • im actually at the 70 % raw stage and it works for me. i dont beat myself up for eating french crusty bread with fresh homemade butter...but i do make sure what i do eat was cooked by me at home from fresh...lolz ..no garbage in this body..

  • I did not really like your take on the perception of being healthy. You talks as though there is NOT an incredible amount of disease including Autism, Diabetes, Cancer, and Obesity that are DIRECTLY linked to the food we put into our bodies. Sure there are other variables such as electronic devices, radio waves EMF etc that have a role but our food is a HUGE freaking part of it!

  • Great Video ! Great Topic. Great Message ! It is so important that we relax and enjoy. Food is only 1 piece of the health puzzle.

  • I have had the following cravings, just this morning!

    -Lemon Squares

    -Cheese, cheese, cheese

-Butterfingers (thanks a bunch for planting that one in my noggin)

-Macaroons I think I can take care of all of those (with the exception of the butterfinger) with something raw.

    Mmmmmm...bread!

  • chcocolate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you Jason for this video! :-* obsessed about peanut butter and nuts...
