AM queue at the Thai consulate in Vientiane on the morning of 9 July 2009.

This is a video of the line up (queue) of people waiting for the Thai consulate in Vientiane to open on the morning of Thursday July 9th after having been closed for 5 consecutive days due to Buddhist holidays and the weekend. Almost 700 applications were processed this day and I believe they stopped accepting submissions after 10:30 where they normally stop at 12:00.
