Seeing as I said what the car bomber mod is like 5 comments down and that that comment was not very nice, I will reapeat myself...
"the car bomber mod allows you to have an unlimited number of Packie's car bombs. You walk up to a car and press the activation button and then press the detonate button to set it up in FLAMES! You can set a bomb onto as many cars as you like and them blow them all up at once."

Since when is the car bomber a mod? You just need to have a good relationship with Packo. 75% i think
