@MrBl0nd3 Holographic technology /has/ been around for a while, but it's not affordable. The technology that we have right now is not cheap or easily mass produced. I'm sure that we could easily manufacture 3-d televisions (holographic w/o glasses) but the cost to the consumer would be unreasonable. Ultimately, the wait is in the technology. It will eventually get smaller, cheaper, and easier to use; at which point, it will become a reality to the average consumer.

i heard alot of the games are going to be in 3d yeahh that does sound pretty awsome/shweet BUT im just curios i have a 42" plasma that cost me liek £900
just wondering how many hundreds more its gnna cost for a 3d tv lol and if its gnna be out for a year then its gnna be somthing else yet again
so im thinking... is there really any point in getting a 3d tv feedback would be great thx :D
