It looked like he was circumcised on the drawing and Michael had a foreskin. Most intact men have bare a glands while erect so it is not really unlikely that Chandler saw his penis. It´s unlikely that he could have known about the colorchanges of Jackson´s penis.

The only problem with Dr. Klein's story is that the kid was NOT able to accurately describe Michael Jackson's penis -- and that's why the prosecutor did not file charges then (in 1993).

The kid said Michael was circumcised. He wasn't.
