@siroxlot It's simple,ppl are sheep,they're easily influenced by propaganda.When music marketers decided it was time to go out with the old(Rock n Roll) and in with the new (Alternative) they coined the term "Hair Metal" and wrote off an entire genre.It was consumer propaganda 101.Read about propaganda on wikipedia & you'll notice many of the tactics used.Most ppl are dumb,so propaganda is very effective.Most ppl have no concept about the fact that they're being brainwashed daily via the media..

I've never unserstood why the musical form with the most competant musicians is the one most of society pokes fun at. NONE of the guys on the radio today could even touh hair metal for musicianship.

@crlygirl6 Saw LOTS of shows at the Chance! Never saw these guys there though unfortunately. Loved this band.
