Well this is good but not what i hoped for.

You see, I'm typing this on my Intel mac but my G3 is really what I wanted Half Life for. Being that my g3 far exceeds the minimum system requirements it is entirely Possible, however this application you have shown us looks like it will only work on x86, and not on PPC like I wanted. :(

OK, I have PlayOnMac, and it installed XQuartz and I have Steam on it along with my newly purchased digital copy of Half Life: Source. It starts up fine and the mouse works.

BUT I cannot get the keyboard to register and work and I can't even edit keys in the Options..

Does anybody know what is going on with this or have any help??

I am using the 2007 MacBookPro 17"

Everything is working fine except I can't play because it doesn't recognize the keyboard..

Any extra thing I need to install??

@MegaPorkboy Yes, but are you having any problems with the keyboard?

It installed everything, and it seems like everything is fine -except- it's not registering my MacbookPro(or any external keyboard for that matter) keyboard..!

Is there anything else I need to install or get a driver for somehow activating the keyboard, 'cause the only thing I can use when I try to play Half Life: Source(through Steam) is the mouse and nothing else..

Any help?

And what is the difference with Half Life: Source, and normal Half Life on Steam?

Can anyone confirm that this still works fine and if I buy and download Half Life(1) on this Windows version of Steam on PlayOnMac and run it through Steam on this --it will work fine right??

(been 8 months, so I want to make sure this still works and is not laggy through PlayOnMac..?)

What about the part with the sewer and across that is the elevator? Does it work in any part of the game?
