Selena was angered by the incident that happened a few minutes ago. She forcefully put her clothes in the drawer, mumbling bad words about Nick. "Fuck this family. Fuck my dad. Why would he do this to me? I haven't done anything bad." She thought about what she said and remembered the things she had done. "Well except for that time."




"Hey," a faint voice said.




Selena turned around to see Nick, leaning on the doorway. "What the hell do you want?"




"To apologize," Nick simply replied, walking up to her.




"Did your sister tell you something?" she slammed the drawer closed and walked over to the bed.




"Maybe she did, maybe she didn't. Why would it matter? I'm here apologizing while you should be the one," he mumbled the last few words.




Selena threw a glare at him.




Nick sighed and sat next to her. "Look, I'm sorry that we had a bad start. Can we start over?"




She hesitated for a little, but nodded afterwards.




"Hi, I'm Nick," he extended his arm.




It took her a few seconds, but eventually shook his hand. "I'm Selena, nice to meet you."




"Much better introduction," Nick smiled wide. Selena agreed with her bright smile. "See, you even agree."




"Yeah, whatever," she giggled.




"Well alright then, I'm going now, don't be late for dinner."




"Can't I get my dinner up here?" she asked back with her spoiled princess attitude.




"Here we go again," Nick rolled his eyes and walked away.




"Okay then . . ."
