@obserd92 If you called Samsung and told them that you "slapped" your tv around to get it to work, they would probably laugh at you. Thats just a really silly thing to do. Just call them, tell them your problem and chances are good that you will get the help you need if you are polite with them.

@newgop It seems from your vid that you are not very comfortable with electronic divices. Did you call Samsung for help with your problem before posting this vid? I have the exact same Samsung, they are really good about replacing parts. I bought my Samsung flat screen from Walmart that came without the connector part of the stand. I called them and they sent the missing part out to me right away. Just call them for help. . 1800-726-7864

@cirquedumike Anyone with at least half a brain would expect a tv that cost as much as these do would last more than one year. Crawl back under your rock and keep sending your JUNK TV BACK FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS DUMB ASS !
